FAQs about our store and our company

We have noticed that almost everyone that comes into our shop has A LOT of questions for us. We love that people come curious and engaged to our store. To help you gain more insight on our s

hop we are writing this blog to answer some of your most frequently asked questions. Below is a list of 5 of our most asked questions:

Are you a 100% Plant-based store?

While we have dozens of plant-based options and substitutes we do offer organic humanely raised meat with a small variety of dairy products that are extremely beneficial. We are conscious about greenhouse gases and make sure that the practices of the farming are sustainable for the environment.

Do you have any plastic in the store?

Nope! Besides a handful of utensils and appliances we are a completely plastic free company! We firmly believe that plastic is negatively impacting the environment and we are trying to step in and start a change in the restaurant industry.

What do you recommend from the Café?

If you are a true lover of coffee, then you really can’t go wrong with any option we serve. We are famous for our lattes, but anything from black coffee to our iced refreshers we are confident that you will enjoy them.

Are all products organic/local?

Yes and yes! Sustainable practices are essential to our company’s and planets well-being. We have partnered with 12 different local farms in the greater Midwest area to bring the freshest and highest quality food to our shop.

What diet should I try?

We firmly do not believe ‘diets’ are the way to go. Diets tend to last the average person 2 weeks before they go back to their old habits. If you want to make a change on your eating you need to be conscious of the foods you eat. There are specific lifestyle changes like: Carnivore, Whole30, Vegan, Keto, Paleo, Vegetarian, etc. We are all human and we will inevitably make mistakes, but it’s our also important to see the end goal in your healthy eating. At the end of the day, we want to eat to live…not live to eat!
