Feeding Those Who are in Need

This pandemic has changed the way we approach our life, and although things are starting to get back to ‘normal’ we recognize that people are still trying to recover from this extremely rough year. That is why over the past few months we’ve partnered with ‘The Hunger Project’ to help combat hunger in our local area along with providing the necessary education to continually eat a healthy balanced diet to live a heathier happier life!

The Hunger Project is a global organization that’s goal is meant to empower people to learn to be self-reliant and meet their own basic needs. “Through women-centered strategies in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, the Hunger Project uses a three pronged approach: mobilizing at the grassroots level in villages to build self-reliance, empowering women as key change agents, and forging effective partnerships with local government.”

During this first weekend in April we are going to be donating $10K and will be providing free meals and educational food pamphlets for those who are in need. DISCLAIMER: if you come to this event, we will serve you, but please do not come if you are not someone in need. We are making these extremely nutritious meals for those who are in need and are hungry.

If you are looking to help with this event, we are accepting 10 volunteer workers for food preparation and setup. We believe that giving back to the community is an essential part of our human duty and we hope that others believe the same. We hope to see our community out here helping others and making a positive lasting impact for our local community.
